As the buyer in the transaction there could be a small transaction fee that your agent will charge you but the commission they receive is usually paid by the agent who listed the property.

Many buyers think that they have to pay something to their agent during the transaction but, this is usually not the case.  In rare occassions the buyer will pay their agent but this is not the norm and is decided a long time in advance before any agreement is made.
