I always recommend my Buyers show up towards the end of the Inspection, for a final walk-through with the Inspector. Hearing things firsthand is a lot less nerve-wracking than reading a report alone at midnight with Google tabs open. You'll get a chance to ask the Inspector questions, and every Inspector I've met, always tells my Clients that they are welcome to call later with more questions.
