Ellen is a great listener and really takes her time to get to know what her client wants.  That was important for us as she knew the market was tight and our specifications were pretty strict.  There was no wasted time viewing properties that would not fit our needs.  She knew exactly the house we would like and moved quickly to make sure we did not miss an opportunity to put in a bid before the property even went on the market.  When things became tricky with the deal, Ellen represented our interests in an extremely professional manner. We couldn't have been more pleased with the home she found for us, her efforts on our behalf, and the ease with which all the details were handled.
