Need help with closing costs?

For buyers the out of pocket expenses can be very high. The Seth grant is back. This grant allows buyers that QUALIFY to get up to 5% towards their closing costs without paying it back. A class must be taken and there are requirements to qualify but free money is always a great deal. I used this grant 13 years ago when I bought my home. The program was dissolved for many years but now is back. Each county has different qualifications but call ME  and ask me to explain this program to you and how it works. Home ownership is the only way to go. Renting a home or apartment is only benefiting the owner. They get the tax breaks, interest breaks, insurance breaks, repair breaks. We all need breaks.
