Where is real estate going in the next few years. consumers are using the internet to buy homes more than ever. As an investor/Realtor I want to provide the tools which will allow my buyers and sellers to be more proactive in there home needs. At the same time provide the knowledge and hands on assistance in their home buying or selling venture. The question is will I provide the internet portals, tools and vehicles to make my buyers and sellers online experience easy and simple, but yet still provide value to them with out ignoring my presence. As an investor real estate has become a numbers game. condition, color and location is not as much of a selling point as it use to be. ITV and ROI and cap rate is now the motivating factors that are used to determine a purchase or not. How the home looks bares no value in the equation anymore. The game has changed and is changing. Realtors are you changing with it?
