Advice for FSBO's - Showing your home

When showing your home, you may encounter the nosey neighbor, or the possible predator. 
For your safety, don't let just anyone in your home. Try to show your home only to qualified buyers.  If they are really interested, they will be able to provide you a pre-approval letter from their preferred lending company.
