As we eagerly anticipate the arrival of the Spring market, the real estate landscape in the Heights continues to hold steady at 3.1 months of inventory. Despite a consistent stream of new listings week after week, there's collective anticipation for the surge in activity that typically accompanies the seasonal shift. Fingers crossed! ?

Eat Drink HTX, the sister event to Houston Restaurant Weeks continues its culinary celebration. Participating Heights restaurants include Savoir, Harolds' Bistro, de Gama, and Hughie's Tavern alongside many others. Prix-fixe menus are priced at $25 for dinner and $15 for lunch.

Heights Chamber Spring Fest, will be held on March 2, from 11 am to 4 pm. Crawfish will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Activities include live music, a Kid's World, local shopping, and food! Entry to the festival is free.
