Getting Ready To List Your Home- 5 Areas Sellers Often Overlook...
#4 Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is just as important as the inside of your home. Don’t forget to:
Trim trees and shrubs.
Lay down weed and feed in your grass and remove weeds from flower beds.
Remove dead plants and debris.
Plant some annuals or flowering perennials to add color to your yard.
Refresh mulch around trees and flowerbeds.
Replace burned out light bulbs and garden lights.
De-clutter; signs, trash, storage containers, broken toys..etc.
Power-wash driveway, walkways and patios.
? Decorate the outside with decor that makes people feel cozy; potted plants, seating areas, welcome mats, flags...etc.
One of my favorite places to pick up pots, plants, mulch, flags and garden decor is Enchanted Gardens and Enchanted     Forest. #EnchantedGardens #EnchantedForest
