Wanda’s Business Experience
I have the key ingredients needed to be an incredibly successful Realtor. My marketing experience extends throughout a variety of industries. I have lived in Houston for many years, and as a result, has seen the City’s miraculous growth and cycles and epitomizes the qualities inherent to excel in real estate. I have consistently established and maintained many strategic business relationships with senior executives and decision makers across the city. I use consultative selling techniques and relationship selling along with strong negotiating skills to promote new business and to close transactions.

Wanda and Realty Associates
Specializing in new construction, residential resale, high-rise condominium, patio homes and town homes, the decision to join Realty Associates was easy; I wanted to be with a Company that is a leader in the Houston Real Estate market and that has high ethical and business standards. In addition, I also wanted to be with a company that provides personal and professional development, guidance, and ongoing real estate training.

Wanda’s Personal Side
Born in Lafayette, Louisiana, I moved to Houston as a child. I completed my undergraduate degree and received a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and International Business from Our Lady of the Lake University. I am a board member for the Incarnate Word Academy located in downtown Houston and the Harris County Hospital District Foundation. I am also an active member of the Our Lady of the Lake University Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, and former member of the World Affairs Council of Houston, and the Zonta Club of Houston.
