At first we were scared because we didnt know what questions to ask the sellers. Thankfully Trish was there to help. We almost got a house that only had one year warranty and we didnt even know about that until she asked the seller. And she let us know that it was all up to us but made sure we knew the risks that came with that. She was looking out for us at all times.
