Tram Kim

Experienced, compassionate, and worldly, Tram Kim has diligently guided buyers and sellers on their real estate journeys since 2015. Born in Vietnam, Tram immigrated to the U.S. as a child and has been a proud Houstonian since the 1990s. Tram brings to the table a lifetime of international experience having studied abroad in many countries such as Italy, France, and Israel and traveled abroad to many countries including the United Kingdom, Norway, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and more. Tram says, I am very conscientious of various cultures and customs of diverse clients. Prior to launching her real estate career, Tram was a teacher for ten years and has taught an array of subjects and grade levels from K-12 serving students with a variety of needs including students with disabilities, students that are Gifted & Talented, English as a Second Language learners (ESL), and bilingual English/Vietnamese students in Kindergarten.
