On the negative side, we were left with the impression he was representing the buyers rather than us as the sellers. He encouraged us to make concessions to the buyers that was not in line with concessions our neighbors made on recent house sales. We felt that he just wanted to close the sale rather than get us a fair and good price for our sale. He even seemed to try and scare us about unfounded legal ramifications if we did not sign an extension to our contract. ”
