“I am selling and buying through Theresa. The buyers were very difficult people, setting multiple appts, non responsive at times, over demanding at others, and then changing closing and moving times after already agreed. This was one of the most stressful times. Theresa took it upon herself to pay for my move so it could happen in shorter time to meet the buyers demands of changing their agreement. I could not manage moving out as quick as the buyers had demanded o my own although they had already agreed to a certain time frame. Theresa made it happen at her own expense. Although I do appreciate it whole heartedly, I think there are some principles that must be adhered to even in real-estate negotiations. That is when you agree and give your word its a bond. In these circumstances I believe ya just need to walk away from the deal and I was willing to do so. I would and did tell her we can call the deal off. Level head T prevailed! I think the world of her but I would like to see her get tougher with these over demanding people. As a Human Being...its a big 10!!!!!!!”
