In 2016, Parker and his wife, Michelle, moved back to The Woodlands from their home in Austin to join The Kink Team. With his background in sales and business management, he currently oversees operations on The Kink Team while actively selling. As lead recruiter for The Kink Team, he is constantly on the lookout for talented individuals with a limitless mindset to grow with them. An adventurer at heart, Parker has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, completed the Ironman, and is already looking forward to the next challenge. Her husband has successfully worked in the Home building industry since 2001 and is also a proud decorated combat Veteran who served with the 2nd Ranger Battalion in Ft. Lewis Washington. Her son is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Construction Science and is in Industrial Commercial Construction in California. Her daughter is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and the University of North Texas Health Science Center with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She and her husband (a Pediatrician) live in North Carolina. Nicole loves traveling, photography and her dogs Apple & Deuce.
