"Houston is one of the most diverse cities in the US. A true melting pot of the American dream seasoned with some southern hospitality and sunshine year round although a bit toasty at times... also we have the best sport team in the world, GO ROCKETS!" - Thanh
Thanh Vu was born and raised in the small town of Beaumont, Texas. He moved to Houston after high school and has lived in Houston for over a dozen years now (Wasn't until a year stint in OKC did he begin truly appreciating Houston for what it has to offer & calling himself a Houstonian). He believes Houston is by far the best food city in the country and would love to debate it with you at any of his favorite authentic or fusion inspired restaurants in the city.
Thanh grew up in Beaumont working at his relatives customer oriented businesses since he was 10 years old. Preparing, selling, and running american, cajun, sushi restaurants until he moved to Houston where he graduated from UofH Main Campus. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems.
Thanh has a wealth of experience in the corporate world in financial analysis, sales analysis, project management and sales operations in the oil industry as well as startups. Essentially leading projects that have valuable impact on a company's efficiencies and helping executives make tough decisions through research and data.
Thanh has always had an interest in residential and commercial real estate as well as real estate investing. He follows his curiosities by fully immersing himself into the thick of things and finding out himself through real experience.
Turns out, Thanh truly enjoys helping (especially first time home buyers) people find a home sanctuary that is right for them. A place where they can enjoy memorial moments that last a lifetime. Buying a home is a lot of work. With an overwhelming amount of things that people don't know until they go through it which is quite stressful.
Thanh is patient and enjoys educating clients on the ins and outs of the process so that they can feel comfortable and happy about the decisions they decide to make at the end of the day!
