“I recently bought a home in Northwest Houston in October 2015. Due to it being a "seller's market" at the time, it was more than a challenge! I can't even begin to count how many homes we viewed as it was a lot. It took almost four months and I had some tough situations with sellers. I finally found my home on the sixth offer!
