The Clueless Buyer!

When I bought my first home over 20 years ago, I was clueless.

I didn't fully understand how mortgage financing worked, including adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs), balloon payments, or even the difference between certain closing costs and my down payment. I learned the hard way—and that experience changed the way I viewed real estate.

I decided then that I wanted to help buyers.

I made it my mission to help my clients understand what to expect, what questions to ask, what fine print to look for, and what happens at every stage of the home-buying process. I don't want my clients to feel as clueless as I once did.

I went on to build a career spanning more than 20 years in real estate, over a decade in finance, hands-on new construction experience, and a Master's degree in Applied Economics, with experience in data research, housing market analysis, and economic trends.

Today, as Founder and Broker of Ravette Real Estate, I use that experience to educate and advocate for buyers.

I specialize in helping buyers relocating to Houston find and purchase new construction homes throughout the Greater Houston area, including Sugar Land, Sienna, Missouri City, Fulshear, Katy, Spring, Porter, Conroe, New Caney, and surrounding Houston communities.

My clients receive more than help finding a beautiful home. They receive help evaluating home builders, new construction communities, upcoming nearby developments, pricing, builder incentives, upgrades, financing considerations, property taxes, and long-term value—so they understand not only what they're buying, but the decisions behind the purchase.

My goal is simple: I want my clients to be informed, prepared, and confident when they buy a home—because I've been the clueless buyer, and I know how much the right guidance matters.
