“Market knowledge would be better and able to benefit more from gaining experience with selling a home that has experienced flooding from rising waters, but I am not sure an expert truly exists in this area.Should confirm with your client how much communication they desire through the process - we were disappointed to learn after the fact that an offer was turned down without our knowledge early in the process - the owner should have the final say in any decision such as this. Other than that, once we made it clear we expected more communication, Tarl represented us well and was always considering how to protect us as the seller.”
