Houston is a great city to raise a family and a hub for business of all kinds. Tammy is a native Houstonian and has watched Houston grow into the fourth largest city in the US. Working to keep her pulse on the city, Tammy works in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to becoming an agent, Tammy was responsible for the locations of her employer. She has brought 20 years of experience in commercial leasing, space planning and project management to her real estate clients. During that same time, Tammy became a mediator working with family, labor and civil disputes. That experience lends a special skill set when it comes to the negotiating table for her clients. Tammy seeks to provide concierge service for her clientele. Working in residential and commercial real estate, Tammy understands the synergism between the two. Tammy has worked in the legal field as a law firm's Firm Administrator and, independently, as a mediator. She has also served her community in an elected position. She has volunteered with Star of Hope and Interfaith Research and Ministries and was a charter member of the Houston Lady Lions (Lions International). Currently, Tammy is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Psychology/National Security. Tammy's philosophy is two-fold: 1) you know you have had a good day when you are able to help someone else achieve their goals; and 2) her goal is to make the buying and selling as stress-free for the clients as possible.Tammy wants to provide that philosophy for her clients whether working in the Greater Houston market area, focusing on commercial and residential sales int he Memorial Villages and surrounding areas, or finding that perfect home or investment property in another country.
