Talha and Michelle founded Make It Happen Real Estate Group with a mission to provide clients with trusted guidance, personalized service, and real estate solutions tailored to their goals. Their brokerage offers a full suite of real estate services, including buying, selling, investing, new construction, creative real estate solutions, property management, and credit repair. Together, they have achieved over $60,000,000 in sales production and have had the privilege of helping more than 500 families.

Talha earned his B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston and began his professional career at a Fortune 500 Oil & Gas company. As a Senior IT Auditor, he worked closely with executive leadership, developing strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and technological expertise. These qualities now allow him to better educate, guide, and protect his clients throughout every step of the real estate process.

Known for his clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and client-first approach, Talha brings professionalism, care, and dedication to every transaction. Whether helping a first-time homebuyer, assisting a family with a new construction home, representing a seller, guiding an investor, or helping a landlord or tenant, Talha focuses on understanding each client’s needs and creating a smooth, informed, and successful experience.
