One of my friends had referred him to us. Initially, he came across as very straightforward, which felt a little different from our previous experiences with realtors. But once we met him in Houston, we realized how knowledgeable, informative, and genuine he truly was.

After we decided to move forward with him, he helped us find excellent properties that perfectly matched both our budget and requirements. When we finalized our home, he guided us through the entire process as if he was buying the house for himself. He was extremely diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented, especially since it was a resale home.

The seller was initially very clear about not offering the 3% buyer commission. However, Sunil negotiated the deal so effectively that the seller eventually agreed not only to pay the buyer commission, but also to take care of several additional items related to HOA, home warranty, and more. We genuinely felt lucky to have him representing us.

We also had a very stringent requirement to close within just two weeks. Sunil worked tirelessly with my lender and coordinated everything proactively to make that happen successfully. His dedication and sense of urgency throughout the process were truly impressive.
