Our company, Elite Realty of Texas, has been in business since 2003 and has been in the Texas real estate industry since 1980. I have developed a real estate consulting firm that specializes in property and facilities management and brokerage services to a select group of clients. I have been assisted by my wife Julie since 2003 and she has over 15 years of experience in residential markets all over the greater Houston area and hundreds of successful transactions. Our firm represents over 40 years of property management and facilities management experience with several Fortune 500 companies. I have personally managed and leased over 3.5 million square feet of commercial property including 1400 Smith St, 1600 Smith Street, 2100 West Loop South, 3700 Buffalo Speedway, Weatherford Plaza at 15710 JFK Blvd., and 785 Greens Parkway.
