“This was the best selling experience I've ever had in Texas. From the first interview, I knew in my gut I would hire Stacy McAdams. As she talked more and more about her process for selling homes, the choice became more and more obvious, she's my REALTOR. Stacy is a great communicator and a great supporter throughout the process. She thoroughly explaines every step and follows through with flawless execution. She keeps her word, she is easy to understand, she works WITH you, at your pace. She is honest and careful. She's funny. She does not waste your time. The support you feel from the moment you sign the contract is not fake, she works hard and she LOVES her job; and she's good at it. You can text or call any time with questions and she's there to answer. “I was referred to Stacy McAdams from a co-worker whom she helped purchase a home. In my case, I was needing to sell my home due to an out of state relocation. Stacy was extremely knowledgeable in the process as well as patient. She used modern technology to photograph our home beautifully and crafted fliers and marketed it to numerous other agents. She held several open house events. We finally had to move out of state including all of the contents of our home. Stacy routinely went over to check the home to make sure it was okay etc. We went under contract a few times with buyers who failed to get lending which just kept dragging out the process of selling our home and Stacy continued to handle my frustration, stress and anger both empathetically and compassionately all while still doing her best and then some. Often times she did the work on behalf of not only myself (her client) but the buyers' realtors as well who were sometimes non communicative or absent-minded. Never once did Stacy become unprofessional but the exact opposite. She remained the eternal optimist and did all of the leg work to ensure we appraised at our full asking price considering there weren't many comps in the area for a custom built home. And low and behold we did receive full asking price and appraisal for that amount. I never once had to follow up with Stacy to check on status as she did it before I even had a chance to.
