About Sonia Hanchett

The core of Sonia's business is people. Her approach to working with her clients is one met with nurture and care while having a compassionate and friendly personality. She shares in the celebrations, frustrations, sorrows, and joys with each person she partners with. As a believer in God and a member of the Austin Stone Community Church family, she conducts her business with integrity based on the moral values of her faith. This is the foundation for her success. As a young Texas native and Houstonian, Sonia operated at a high-rise condominium every summer during school. This is where she began her passion for people and learned the meaning behind quality customer service. While attending Prairie View A&M University, she worked as a community assistant for the American Campus, the largest developer of high-quality student housing communities. There, she continued focusing on delivering quality customer service to help engage residents in their community. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, she moved to Pennsylvania and worked as an engineering consultant for Jacobs Engineering Group. After working in corporate for a few years, she decided it was time to fulfill her passion for people and her dreams of being in real estate. Sonia returned back to Texas and received her professional real estate license. She now resides in Austin, Texas, where her tech expertise has allowed her to commingle and give her clients the best service and information in both Austin and Houston. Sonia acts as a consultant and expert in negotiations between buyers and sellers. She offers full-cycle services to her clients from start to close. She also ensures constant communication and education through each step in the process and guarantees that her clients are informed. Just check out her reviews!
