I grew up in Amarillo, Texas, where the wind blows all the time and the people are friendly. After graduating from West Texas State University with a BBA in marketing, I moved to Lubbock and bought a very run-down 10-acre mobile home park with rentals that needed a lot of improvement.  I lived on-site and turned it into a profitable business, selling the park a few years later. I then became a negotiation expert and Senior Liability Claims Specialist at Farmer's Insurance in Lubbock investigating accidents and settling claims primarily with attorneys. Â
In 2000, I moved to Friendswood and invested in residential real estate all over the Houston area. I built, sold, leased, and managed my own properties for decades.  In 2019 I decided to get my Realtor's license so that I could work with others in selling and buying real estate mainly in the SE Bay area. I became a broker in 2024 and rather than supervise Realtors, I decided to be a one woman show and work directly with clients myself as I love making a difference in people's lives and I love Real Estate! Â
I currently live in Seabrook and my brokerage is Hearth & Home Real Estate. I love what I do and I'd love to help you with selling, buying, or leasing properties. My wide range of experience in negotiation, construction, property management, corporate leasing, sales, and buyer representation means that you'll have a well-rounded broker representing you who can handle any situation. Â
I have two married daughters in Katy and twin sons in college at Ole Miss and A & M. I also have three grandkids and one on the way! I practice reformer Pilates and play golf and since moving to Seabrook spend a lot of time on the trails and watching birds, especially the pelicans! I also love gardening and during Covid created my first butterfly garden. Â
