It was an absolute pleasure working with Ms. Reid. Not only was she very knowledgeable and always answered my questions, but she never made me feel rushed or that she was too busy. When she was working with us, it was as if we were her top priority. Ms. Reid even went well above and beyond when WE forgot our daughter's fish tank in an upstairs bedroom!!!
