Shani is a life-long Texan. She was born and raised in Beaumont, where she also served as a Commissioner on the Planning & Zoning Committee for the city. She is also a life-long real estate expert. Her mother was a Realtor as well, and Shani had a lot of exposure to the ins and outs of the business from an early age.
Her own career started off in luxury property management, before she worked as a licensed loan officer. In 2007, Shani received her Realtors license. Just three years later she had obtained her Brokers license and opened Champions Realty, LLC.
Shani currently lives in Humble, Texas and loves spending time with her family. She has two sons, one of which recently received his own real estate license.
Her dream is to continue helping clients find the perfect home through personalized care. While she is proud of her certifications and training, it's her one-on-one experiences with clients that have taught Shani the most over the years.
