We had Sofia to both sell our house and buy a new one, which is famously one of the most high-stress things you can do!! From day one, she completely changed the dynamic. She is an incredible listener who took the time to understand exactly what characteristics we wanted in our next home, and she didn’t stop until she found it.
What sets Sofia apart is her problem-solving and reliability. As you know, there are always going to be bumps in real estate deals, but every time an issue came up, she resolved it quickly and professionally. Being fully bilingual English / Spanish was also a massive asset!, communication was seamless and nothing was lost in translation.
She constantly went one step further for us, turning a chaotic process into something genuinely enjoyable. She is professional, dependable, and brings a wonderful energy to the table. Future sellers and buyers, please do yourself a huge favor and work with her!

We were fortunate to have worked with Sofia on the recent sale of our home. I found her name by chance on a sign for another home in our neighborhood on sale and I decided to give her a call not knowing what to expect. She very quickly responded to my cold call and arranged to meet us the next day. She was very friendly, energetic and had put together a plan. She is extremely responsive and helpful with all aspects of real estate selling and within 2 weeks we were already under contract. She helped tremendously during the closing as we were already moved out of state and she managed final details of making sure contractors were able to access the house and some remaining furniture was taken away. It has been a great experience and we highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Sofia for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She helped us sell our property in a very short amount of time and was friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even after we moved to another state, Sofia took care of every detail and made the experience seamless. Her professionalism was outstanding, and she was always quick to respond to messages and emails. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, combining an easygoing approach with exceptional professionalism. We had a wonderful experience working with her and would gladly reach out to her again when the time comes to purchase another property.
