Sarah Savard

Co-Owner of The Franklin Team, Sarah is a 2006 graduate of Texas A&M University. She has worked in residential real estate since 2007, all with The Franklin Team. As one of the owners of the team, Sarah has gained valuable experience in how to operate and grow a profitable business. Since taking the reins from her father, Sarah, and her brother Andrew have more than tripled the business in just about a decade.

Buying or selling a home is in most cases the largest transaction a homeowner will undergo. Sarah's ability to communicate effectively and steadfast dedication to her clients allow for consistently smooth transactions time and again. Throughout her career, Sarah has received a number of awards, including Rookie of the Year with her former broker in her first year in production. The move to eXp Realty has allowed her to share her experience and extensive knowledge with new team members and agents through collaboration and mentorship. Now that eXp has become the fastest-growing brokerage, the opportunities available to agents, teams & clients are limitless.

Sarah loves spending time with her family (especially her now 7-year-old daughter, Logan, and 5-year-old son, Jack). In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, shopping, working out, and traveling to new places all over the world.
