Our introductory meeting was friendly, well-organized, and very informative about the process we were going to start. During the house hunting stage, she struck the perfect balance between being present and helpful and allowing us to set the pace. When we asked to set up viewings, she was prompt and met our needs, and was there to walk through the houses and ask leading questions, answer our inquiries, and make useful observations and notes. If we spontaneously joined an open house, she was supportive and asked for our feedback to add to her notes if we needed a week s break, she easily accommodated. We really enjoyed her full market knowledge, her experience with the process from building to selling to buying , and her comradery long chats on a variety of topics, thoughtful perspectives, personal homeowning lessons, positivity and patience . Once we found a home we really liked, Sandra was an excellent negotiator, provided a realistic comparison analysis, and knew what to ask for from the sellers. She was incredibly supportive during the long closing period, as well, helping us navigate the mortgage qualification process, understand the home inspection results, and communicate with the seller on many detailed activities. She was present and attentive during the closing appointment, too, even addressing some of the mortgage details. We ve now moved, and Sandra is still providing a number of references for potential maintenance needs and ensuring we transition easily into the new home. We are pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to work with Sandra and feel like we had a friend in our corner for this complex process.
