Kaitlynn Johnson moved from a small town in Georgia to the big city of San Antonio in 2014 and fell in love with not only everything about the city but everything about real estate. Kaitlynn is a part of the Dana Phillips Premier Team which has over $300,000,000 in closed transactions in San Antonio. In 2016 Kaitlynn was awarded Rookie of the Year & Sales Person of the Year for Phillips & Associates Realty. Over the past few years Kaitlynn has dedicated herself to learning the ins & outs of real estate. Working along side the top agents in San Antonio she has acquired the knowledge to assist her clients in a way that assures their best interest is her top priority. I am a proud San Antonio native and absolutely love our beautiful, vibrant city. I love exploring all that our historic city has to offer! I am a proud graduate of UTSA where I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling.

Prior to entering real estate, I served my community in education for 18 years as a teacher, counselor, and coach. I am truly passionate about helping and teaching others and love that this experience has translated to my real estate career. I am able to teach and guide my clients through every aspect of buying or selling their home. In addition, I have the highest regard for the emotional and physical toll the home buying/selling process can take. I will be there every step of the way as it is important to me that your experience is a positive one!

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love reading, baking, going to the theater and day trips to the Texas Hill Country!
