Saeed Tellawi - Broker & Attorney

Saeed Tellawi is a real estate broker and attorney representing domestic and international business owners and real estate investors. His practice focuses on the strategic uses of business entities and the acquisition of businesses and real estate. Saeed was recently named Top Lawyer by both Houstonia Magazine and H Texas Magazine in 2016 and 2017, nominations earned from his peers in the legal industry. In 2015, Amaral Tellawi Law was a finalist for Texas Family Business of the Year at Baylor University's Institute for Family Business. Starting his first company at the age of 18 and being continuously self-employed since then has helped Saeed develop a practical approach to both law and business. Saeed obtained his Texas real estate license in 2005 and then his real estate broker license in 2007, initially representing buyers and tenants of commercial real estate and managing properties for his clients. In 2007, Saeed also earned his bar card. His initial practice involved representing companies in contract disputes. Since then, his practice shifted and he has made significant contributions in business and real estate transactions, with involvement in a vast array of start-ups, purchases, and dispositions for local and international clients. Impressed by the many who helped him along the way, Saeed aims to give back to the Houston community by providing pro bono or reduced-fee legal services to entrepreneurs who lack the means or information to bring their dreams to fruition. Saeed was recently a mentor at the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston.
