Rose is a Houston native who has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. She started when she was still in college, where she earned Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance. In 1999, she began working in the mortgage lending industry, climbing the ranks from Processor to Branch Partner in just a few years where she continues to maintain her RMLO license. In 2016, she started flipping properties and custom building homes building relations with local architects, surveyors, inspectors, city officials and more.

She specializes in residential real estate in the Cypress area, but her expertise extends far beyond her own backyard. Rose has been able to successfully navigate the ever-changing landscape of the industry and has earned a reputation as a trusted expert.
