“I asked Quicken Loans for assistance with a knowledgeable Houston Realtor. Quicken Loans assigned me to Rose Gibson. She was perfect. Rose was more than knowledgeable. She not only listened to what were the key drivers for my purchase but was also responsible and considerate of my time sensitive relocation from California to Texas. Rose was very prepared with properties, flood zone information, toll and highway information, school district information, Inspection companies, title companies, Insurance companies, ect. “If you need a realtor, look no farther than Rose Gibson. Moving from out of state we were concerned about the process of finding and buying a home but Rose allievated those fears and made the process as stress free as moving halfway across the country could be. She was easy to communicate with phone, text, email and even doing live video walk thrus of homes when we were not able to be in town to see them. She continues to stay in touch, making sure we are settling in. Rose was with us every step of the way, helping us see the positives and negatives of homes and neighborhoods; negotiating terms, including a short term rental with the owner when a problem cropped up with the closing of our previous home; even helping us with our unresponsive listing agent in South Carolina with these problems, with both phone calls to him and explaining to us what needed and should be done from the seller's side.
