Extensive experience in residential & commercial real estate and for past 15 yrs serving as Corporate Real Estate Manager of the global real estate portfolio of a Fortune 500 O&G manufacturing & service company where every day is about commercial real estate, whether its for a buy or lease BTS, lease renewal, contract negotiations, TI buildouts, facility closures & early lease terminations, managing surplus facility inventory and listings for sale and sublease globally; corporate campus Facility Mgr; developed centralized database for global facility footprint as well as database for global asset replacement values of worldwide locations used for annual renewal underwriting of corporate insurance program. Many years experience in paralegal roles at mid to large size law firms, managing transactions including the due diligence and entitlements for residential subdivision development and major commercial shopping centers including lease-outs, all in the Houston Metro area.
