Restorative Yoga + Meditation

This 90 min session offers a guided practice for those seeking space for healing and awakening. Reach a deep state of relaxation through gentle movement & breath work, a soothing restorative sequence, and a blissful yoga-nidra or guided meditation. Benefits of this practice are plentiful, including but certainly not limited to body/mind awareness, clarity of thought, and mood regulation. Within the seemingly still moments of this practice, subtle action taking place within brings the entire being into a cohesive state of release. When we learn to truly relax, we can unravel any lingering knots in our body-mind and release the feelings or sensations that tension has tried to protect us from. All levels welcome. No experience required. Registration required. Class size limited to 6. All supplies needed are provided (including a mat).  Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before event date.
