In today's highly competitive market, buyers and sellers alike - local or out-of-town families, builders or institutions - need a dedicated professional who can be depended upon to work through the complex maze of real estate transactions quickly, smoothly, and at the right price.
Rebecca grew up surrounded by numerous family members who were Realtors, and in 1991 entered the industry herself. Her enthusiasm for residential real estate and her negotiating skills have served her - and her clients - well, as she has been a consistently strong sales performer.
Rebecca attributes a large part of her success to the pride she takes in putting together sales that represent terrific value for her clients without leaving the buyer financially stretched and "house poor". This commitment to doing the job well demands patience, expertise and genuine concern for the needs of both buyers and sellers. Not surprisingly, 100% of her business is referrals from previous clients.
Being a wife, mother and resident of the community in which she devotes her time professionally also provides Rebecca with recommendations and insights that invariably prove to be valuable to families who are new to the thriving communities in and around Lake Houston.
Rebecca also sharpens her repertoire of skills and knowledge through continuing education courses and seminars on real estate topics, which she then uses to good advantage in behalf of her clients.
