Highly recommend. Cannot say enough good things!!! Enrique and his team are the most compassionate realtors I have ever worked with. I did not know him personally prior to our company paid relocation in Houston, but I am happy to say that he is now also a great friend. I called his number off the sign in front of a house that we were interested in seeing without an appointment. He was so friendly and offered to be there in 20 minutes, rushing right over. He showed us the house and could tell by my expression that it wasn’t “the one�. Within 15 minutes of meeting me, this guy could tell that I wasn’t in love with the first house..... that’s how in tune to his clients he is! He asked what we were looking for and we set up several following days to look at houses. I probably took up 10-15 days of his time with my indecisiveness. He never got frustrated or gave up on us. We finally found “the one� and he worked hard offering multiple times to get it into our price point. He even showed up on closing day with a small gift from his team. Enrique is now our good friend, not just our realtor. I would highly recommend him, and will never use any one else myself in the Houston area.
