“Our realtor, Courtney Henry, was absolutely wonderful! We are first time home-buyers. She advised us well and only showed us properties in our price range. She made sure that she explained every aspect of every step in this process, which made it a very enjoyable and a fun, learning experience for us. She was available any time we had questions or needed just general advice, either through text, phone call, or email. She truly had our interests at heart and really made sure that we we represented well! She was easygoing and made the house-hunting experience fun! She asked us questions in each house, making us think about different aspects in the house that we definitely didn't think of. She was incredibly knowledgeable about each step in the house-buying process. She explained every single document that we signed, thoroughly (and in terms we could understand!) and answered any questions we had promptly. She made sure that we were getting the best deal possible and really went to bat for us.
