“It was a difficult and frustrating time trying to find someone that would be interested enough to work with us, do to the fact that we wanted to rent a property, for over four weeks we spoke to multiple realtors all over the Katy area they had no will to help, no interest. When my family and I First met (Realtor) Chris Galpa & Ruth we were surprise by their enthusiasm and dedication for what they do. Over a period of two or so weeks they worked very hard to find properties that met our criteria, they went above and beyond our expectations. They put all the effort into finding a home for us in a very short time and made the process easy and stress free. On top of that being the first time we rent a home he went the extra mile to helped us find the right energy company so we could move in and be comfortable at our new home. Truly grateful for all the hard work and kindness he provided. Once we are ready to buy our home will definitely look forward to work with Chris & Ruth once more! ”
