“Andrew was patient and did a very good job with us through 25 homes. He was always prompt, friendly, and was knowledgable in that area We took him out of his comfort area of Magnolia/Spring to Huffman. I feel we may have left some dollars on the table as research on value was hard to come by and not sure we used every trick, Once agreed on price, paperwork and process ran very effectively and he also has a good rolodex of vendors”
