“Cathy did a very good job and was dedicated and highly knowledgeable. However, in the end, we purchased a home that was also listed by Coldwell Banker (Joanne Johnson) who was our initial agent. For us this became awkward since we were no longer able to communicate with Joanne during the inspection and purchase process. ”
