How do I possibly limit my rating to 2000 characters?! I cannot say enough great things about Debra. In 2017, Debra helped me find the perfect rental. I knew from that moment that I would stay in contact with her and use her when I was ready to purchase a home. In rolls 2018 and newly married, Jack and I were ready to buy a home. I contacted Debra immediately and we started the process. We must’ve looked at 30 homes and ended up deciding on new construction - which is a first for me. Debra is the consummate professional and she is also the best advocate and asset a home buyer can have. She really knows the business, she knows what to look for and always makes sure you are getting the best deal possible. There are so many things to look for in buying a home (new or preowned) that one cannot possibly think of everything - that’s what Debra is so good at - being a great partner! My rental journey last year and home buying journey this year were emotional and stressful for a number of reasons but mainly because moving is really tough. Debra talked me off the ledge several times and for that, I am so very grateful. I truly consider Debra a friend and will recommend her any chance I have. Clients whom you have represented as their buyer or seller agent will be able to rate you. You will receive an e-mail following a transaction and be asked to provide your client’s e-mail address so that we may send them an invitation to take the Client Experience Rating survey. Agents should not be able to add Client Experience survey unless they acted as a sub-agent or a buyer agent. Listing agents may be not be rated by the buyer unless they represented the buyer.
Clients are asked to rate their REALTOR® based on the service criteria below. Clients may rate their REALTOR® on how well they performed in each of the categories. This ratings model will allow a REALTOR®'s client to rate the REALTOR® using a star system, with 5 stars being the best rating possible. The Client Experience Rating system will then average the scores to determine an overall rating for the REALTOR®.
