“When I started my search for a condo/townhome, my aspirations were much greater than my anticipated price point. I expected to purchase a used condo/townhome and spend extensively in order to upgrade/update the home. Deborah was very patient and we looked at a number of places; none of which met my expectations. Deborah convinced me to increase my price point in order to purchase something in better condition rather than expect to spend monies repairing the home. Once we started looking for places with a higher price point, Deborah found me a brand-new townhome within my total budget. This new home had a builders warranty and is in a great location. I couldn't be happier. The bottom line... I would recommend Deborah to my friends and I would use her services again. ”
