“My first experience buying a house was as smooth as anyone could ask for. The moment I met Kristopher and was provided with an extensively detailed packet of information about the home buying experience I knew I was in good hands. The information he provided including a list of terms commonly used in the real estate market was really helpful. He explained everything well and asked many times if I had any questions. I had many and he answered them very thoroughly. He went over the timetable of the buying process and explained the different stages of the process and what needed to be done during each stage. Once we started actually looking at homes Kristopher was not pushy and never revealed if he liked the house or not. It was all about the buyer and whether or not I liked the home. He did point out areas of concerns and issues with the house. I felt I was in good hands with Kristopher. He guided be through making an offer and gave input during the negotiation period.
