“Andy was great for both buying and selling our home. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, he was also local which is a huge plus when trying to buy a home and get showings in this crazy fast market. Our home was on the market for three days and was sold for above asking price on the first showing. Andy knew how to price our home and get it sold. Andy helped us pick which pieces of furniture needed to be stored, where to spend money to make the most bang (replaced ugly celling fans) and also brought in a professional photographer to get beautiful photos of our home. There were of course some hiccups along the road ( as there always is) but Andy was great at communicating with us and being open and honest. He also made sure to do the right thing when mistkates were made, honesty is a hard thing to find in people, but he has it. Andy was almost always available for questions, which is also great! We stared out using a different realtor to look at new homes but had to let her go as it wasn't practical to have to wait to speak to someone when dealing with buying a home in this market or wait days to see a home. Andy answered lots of stupid questions through texts and calls. We really enjoyed getting to know him and feel as through we have gained a new family friend as he has helped us out long after the sell was over. ”
