“HAD PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS TAKEN WHILE HOUSE WAS FURNISHED; PRODUCED EXCELLENT BROCHURE; KNEW COMPS IN AREA; HAD 4 OFFERS IN 5 DAYS AFTER LISTING, 2 AT OR ABOVE LIST PRICE WHICH WAS ABOVE COMPS; CONTRACT SIGNED ON 6TH DAY AFTER LISTING; HANDLED HOA MATTERS; KEPT ME ADVISED OF INSPECTION AND TAX APPRAISAL; ARRANGED WITH TITLE COMPANYT SO I DID NOT HAVE TO TRAVEL TO HOUSTON (I HAD MOVED TO CENTRAL TEXAS FOR THE CLOSING. EXCELLENT AND TIMELY COMMUNICATOR. ”
