“Sunnie is downright an awesome realtor! I have had a few other realtors in the past, and it was like they became realtors because they wanted something else to do as a hobby. Not Sunnie, she is profesional, knowledgable, and caring. She doesn't just do this for a living she does this to be great at it! She went above and beyond to help me. She had great advice, never made a decision out of impulse, and was always honest. She has a ton of integrity. Which I have found is a rarity these days. Also, when she didn't have a clear cut answer she had a bevy of resources to draw upon. She is a sparkplug and doesn't seem to run out of energy. She constantly was working, promoting, and showing the property. I am sold (pun intended) on Sunnie!!! I plan on working with her many times more on more of my investments. I believe I found the goose that lays the golden eggs! However, I can't realy say that I discovered her, because everyone I have spoke with that has had dealings with her says the same things. If you have a realtor that you don't know whether or not that maybe doesn't have your very best intersts at the fore front, call Sunnie! You will notice the difference right away and you will be stunned on how bad of a situation you were in before.”
