“We absolutely love our realtor Mary Garbett. This was our fifth transaction with her and when we are finished selling our two other properties under contract with her it will total seven. We are repeat customers fir a reason. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the buy/sell and lenders. Too many moving parts to list individually. Mary also specializes in ranches and property which probably isn’t too common. I would recommend her to anyone without concern.”
