“Melissa's strengths: *promoting the sale (pictures where phenomenal; open house was very well attended!) *staging furniture *helping the seller get over mental hurdles *treating the seller like a friend *dealing with jerks Melissa's weaknesses: none This was a very trying sell; the buyer was extremely contentious and made life hell for everyone involved. However, we persevered, and Melissa handled it with aplomb and logic. I was SOOOO glad to have her on my side! And, while she didn't have to do it, Melissa graciously helped me find and negotiate a rental property, which was complicated by my having many pets. However, again, she worked so hard to help me. I will be in her debt forever! Melissa was a pleasure to work with. She's smart, funny, calm, but ambitious; she treats clients with respect and tact, and I highly recommend her to anyone.
